About

Built in Nairobi. Accountable to you.

Azarea is a small practice by design. Fewer projects, done properly, with one person accountable end-to-end.

Most construction failures in Kenya are not structural failures. They are coordination failures.

A plumber runs a pipe through a beam the structural engineer placed last week. A contractor orders cement at a price nobody checked. A client in London waits three weeks for a photo of a slab that was poured the day after they asked. None of this is hard to prevent — it just requires one person to own the whole picture.

Azarea is built around that idea. I'm Musa, a civil engineering technician with a Diploma in Civil Engineering and years of daily practice in residential structural design. I work out of Nairobi. Every drawing I produce is reviewed and stamped by Eng. John Njuguna (EBK Reg. No. A3090), a licensed consulting engineer with decades of practice behind him.

We don't chase volume. We'd rather do five projects a year and finish every one properly than fifty and leave a trail of half-built structures behind us. If your project isn't a fit — wrong county, wrong budget, wrong timeline — we'll tell you on the first call and point you to someone who can help.

What we offer is not glamorous. It's a folder of drawings that won't be rejected. A Bill of Quantities that won't inflate. A weekly photo report that lands on Sunday evening whether you asked for it or not. And receipts — every one of them, in your inbox, within 48 hours of every purchase.

If that sounds like what you've been looking for, book a call. If it doesn't, we've saved each other time.
