Most MEP failures are coordination failures — the plumber runs pipes through a beam the structural engineer placed last week. We design structure and MEP in the same model, on the same week, so nothing collides on site.

A full material takeoff and cost estimate in KES and USD — cement, steel, sand, ballast, tiles, fittings, labour, down to the last item. We price the project, freeze the price, and hand it to you before a single shilling is spent.
A note on scope
Drawings are 20% of the work. The other 80% happens on site.

Weekly site visits, photo documentation, contractor coordination, quality control, and stage-by-stage sign-off. If the slab isn't level, you know before it's poured. If the contractor drifts off program, you know before the second month. For diaspora clients, this is the difference between a building and a lawsuit.
We buy the materials. You get every receipt.
We source cement, steel, sand, ballast, and fittings at trade prices, pay the suppliers directly, and hand you a receipt for every single item. No inflated quotes, no 'facilitation fees', no mystery. Our fee is a fixed percentage. The savings we negotiate go to you, not to us.
County approvals, EBK stamps, NCA compliance — handled.
Nairobi, Kiambu, and Kajiado county submissions. EBK-registered structural stamps. NCA contractor verification. Environmental compliance where required. We handle the paperwork so you don't spend six months learning it.
