Azarea Ltd · Attestation of Practice

Last reviewed: October 2026

  1. 01

    We are registered.

Azarea Ltd is a registered Kenyan limited company (Reg. No. PVT-PJU26KE2, KRA PIN P052318659R). All structural drawings are approved and stamped by Eng. John Njuguna, a licensed EBK consulting engineer (EBK Reg. No. A3090).

  2. 02

You pay the bank, not us.

Project deposits are paid to Azarea Ltd via NCBA Paybill 880100, Account 338323. We do not accept cash. We do not accept personal transfers. Every shilling is traceable, and the wire record is yours.

  3. 03

    You see every receipt.

For any material we procure — cement, steel, sand, ballast, fittings — you receive the supplier's receipt with the transaction ID within 48 hours of purchase. No exceptions. No bundled invoices. No 'miscellaneous'.

  4. 04

    Our BoQ is fixed.

Once we issue a Bill of Quantities for your project, the price is frozen. If material costs exceed our BoQ by more than 15% due to anything within our control, Azarea absorbs the difference. If we're wrong, we pay for being wrong.

  5. 05

    You can meet us.

Book a meeting and we'll arrange a professional space in Westlands, Nairobi — or meet you at your site, or on video, whichever suits you. What matters isn't the conference room. It's that you sit across from the person who will actually run your project. Not a sales rep. Not a call centre. The engineer who stamps your drawings and walks your site.

Our address is not our selling point. Our accountability is.

  6. 06

    We reply.

WhatsApp replies within 2 hours during Nairobi business hours (Mon–Sat, 8am–6pm EAT). Email within 24 hours. If you're in London and it's 7am your time, we've already answered by lunch.

Six claims. All verifiable.
